The Red Papaya Fruits (Carica Papaya L.) are harvested, quickly transported to the fruit processing plant & inspected. Fully firm selected high quality fruits go to the controlled ripening chambers and allowed to ripen. Fully matured ripened Papaya fruits are then washed, peeled, blanched, inspected, deseeded, pulp extracted, centrifuged, thermally processed and concentrated and aseptically filled in pre-sterilized bags. The process ensures that the natural flavor & aroma of the fruit is retained in final product.
